The enquiry you missed at 6pm went to someone else.

adoh.ai answers job enquiries on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp while you're under a house, on a roof, or asleep. It asks you first until it earns your trust.

The questions that come in while you're on the tools

None of these need you. All of them need answering before the customer rings the next bloke on the list.

Do you do gas fitting as well or just plumbing?
9:42 pm
Hi Dave, I'm the automated assistant for Tradie Bros. Yes, we're licensed for gas fitting as well as general plumbing. Whereabouts are you?
Your Agent9:42 pm
Parramatta. Cooktop won't light.
9:44 pm
We cover Parramatta. Callout is $120 and comes off the job if you go ahead. I've let the team know — someone will call you first thing to book a time.

Urgent jobs go straight to a person

A burst pipe is not a question your Agent should be handling on its own. When a message sounds urgent, it stops, hands the Thread to your team, and tells the customer a person will call — so nobody is left waiting on a reply that never comes.

Rachel M.Escalated

"Hot water system is leaking everywhere, can someone come today?" Your Agent didn't answer. Sent to you, and Rachel was told a person will call her straight back.

Be clear about this

It can't quote your job

And it won't pretend to. Quoting needs eyes on the job, and anything else is a number you'd have to walk back.

What it does instead

  1. Qualifies the job

Do you service that suburb, is it the kind of work you take on, what's the callout fee, how soon could someone come.

  2. Keeps them talking to you

A reply in two minutes at 9pm is the difference between your name and the next one in their search results.

  3. Puts the real ones in front of you

Quote requests and urgent work are handed to your team with the detail already gathered, so you ring back knowing the address and the problem.

Work out what a missed enquiry costs you

We're not going to quote you an industry statistic. Use your own numbers, because they're the only ones that matter:

  1. Your average job value.
  2. How many enquiries land outside the hours you can answer them.
  3. How many of those you never got back to in time.

Multiply the three. If your average job is $400 and four enquiries a month go cold, that's $1,600 a month walking to a competitor — against A$99 for the Location. If your numbers say otherwise, adoh.ai isn't worth it for you, and we'd rather you worked that out now than after a trial.

Those figures are an example, not a claim about your trade.

Questions tradies ask

Something else on your mind? Email hello@adoh.ai and a person will reply.

Yes, on the kinds of questions you've let it answer on its own. Everything else it drafts a reply for and texts you a link, and the customer is told straight away that a person will follow up. Nobody sits there at 2am wondering if you exist.

A$99 a month. Fourteen days free.

Connect Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Google, check what your Agent knows, and it's answering in about 15 minutes.
