The same eight questions, all day, every day
Your Agent answers them from what you've told it about your café — per location, if you have more than one.
Public holiday hours
Asked every single long weekend
Are you open on the Grand Final public holiday?
WhatsApp message
What's on the menu
Under every food photo you post
Is the iced matcha made with oat milk?
Instagram comment
Can we book?
Usually for a group, usually Sunday
Do you take bookings for 8 on Sunday morning?
Instagram message
Dogs, prams, parking
The logistics of getting there
Can we bring the dog, and is there parking nearby?

The public stuff, handled with more care than the private stuff
Comments on your posts
Questions and praise get a public reply in your voice. Obvious spam gets hidden, and you can undo it. A complaint gets a short public reply and a private message, so it doesn't play out under your best croissant photo.

"Waited 25 minutes for a flat white on Saturday. Not good enough." Waiting for you to approve before anything goes out.
Google Reviews
A five-star review gets thanked while the customer still remembers the visit. Anything under four stars is drafted for you — because a rushed reply to an unhappy customer is worse than a slow one.

The honest answer
"I'm not letting a machine answer allergy questions"
Fair enough. Your Agent only answers from facts you've given it, so you decide whether this is one of them.
Leave it out entirely
If allergens aren't in your Knowledge Base, your Agent has nothing to answer from. Every allergy question goes to a person instead. That's a setting, not a special case.
Or answer only what you're certain of
Plenty of cafés are happy to confirm "the banana bread contains walnuts" and hand anything about cross-contamination to a person. You choose which.
It won't fill in gaps
When your Agent doesn't know, it says so and gets a person involved. It does not guess, and it won't tell someone a dish is safe because it sounds like it should be.
Questions café owners ask
Something else on your mind? Email hello@adoh.ai and a person will reply.
When you connect your channels it reads your Google profile, your website and your Instagram bio, then asks you a short set of questions to fill the gaps. You get a one-page summary of everything it thinks it knows before it answers anyone, and you can correct it any time.
Yes. A fact can belong to one location, so the Fitzroy hours and the Carlton hours stay separate. If someone doesn't say which shop they mean, your Agent asks before answering.
It learns how you write from your past review replies and captions, and follows that. In a private message it does say it's an automated assistant, because Meta requires it and because people can tell anyway. In public comments and review replies it speaks as your café.
Only if you use Square and connect it, which is optional. Without Square, your Agent answers questions and points people at however you already take orders. It never invents a price or an availability.
Only if a person schedules it. On the Pro plan you can write a post once and get a caption suited to Instagram, Facebook and your Google profile. Your Agent never publishes anything on its own.
Every kind of message starts as a draft you approve, edit or bin. Replies only start sending on their own once you've approved about ten of that kind without changing a word, and only if you say yes. You can switch it back off whenever you like.
A$99 per shop, per month. Fourteen days free.
