The Facebook Page you stopped checking, answered.

Messenger enquiries and Page comments get read and answered by adoh.ai — including the ones sent by the neighbour who found you in a local community group at nine on a Sunday night.

Not because you don't care — because nobody has the Pages app open. Your Agent does.

Same owner, same rules as Instagram

Meta runs both, so Messenger works the way Instagram messaging does. The rules are worth knowing because they are the reason a late reply simply never arrives.

24 hours to reply

Counted from the customer's last message. Your Agent shows the countdown and warns you before a draft goes stale, because after that Facebook refuses to deliver it at all.

One private reply per comment

A comment on your Page can be answered privately exactly once, within 7 days. Your Agent uses it on something worth reading rather than a bare link.

One connection, both Channels

Connecting through Facebook brings your Page and the Instagram account attached to it. Most businesses connect once and get both, and each still keeps its own voice.

The honest answer

Facebook recommendations cannot be answered automatically

Not by us and not by anyone. Meta removed recommendations from its API in January 2025 — reading them now returns an error, and the notifications stopped with it. Any tool still advertising Facebook review replies is describing something that no longer exists.

Google Reviews is the review channel

It is also the one that matters more: it is what a stranger sees when they search your suburb. Your Agent answers those, thanking the good ones the same day and drafting anything under four stars for you.

Comments still work normally

Anything posted as a comment on your Page or your posts is answered as usual. The gap is only Facebook's separate recommendations feature.

We would rather tell you now

Finding out after you have paid for a year is worse. Where a platform has closed a door, this site says so — see the channel comparison.

You need a role on the Page that can manage messages. You connect with your own Facebook login and choose which Pages to grant, so your personal profile is never posted from and we never see your password.
