Every Google Review answered, and the hard ones written carefully.

adoh.ai replies to reviews on your Google Business Profile — thanking the good ones the same day, and drafting anything under four stars for you to read before a word of it goes public.

Thanked a 5-star review Four hours after they left

The only channel strangers read before they choose you

Nobody scrolls your Instagram before booking a physio. They search the suburb, read four reviews and decide. An unanswered one-star sitting at the top is the most expensive thing on the internet with your name on it.

The good ones, while it still counts

A five-star review gets thanked the same day, in your voice, mentioning what they actually said rather than "Thanks for your feedback!" five hundred times over. Replying is also the part most businesses simply never get to.

James R.

"Booked me in same day when my back went. Walked out standing straight."

Thanked, same day

The bad ones, never on autopilot

Anything under four stars is always written as a draft, whatever else you have switched on. Your Agent gets the first version onto the page — calm, short, no excuses — and you decide whether it is right before anyone sees it.

Drafted

"Waited 40 minutes past my appointment time." Waiting for you to approve before anything goes out.

The honest answer

"I don't want a robot answering an angry customer"

Neither do we, and it is built so that it cannot. A low rating is one of four things your Agent will never send on its own, no matter how much you have come to trust it.

Under four stars is always drafted

It is not a setting you can accidentally leave on. The same applies to complaints, to anything the Agent could not ground in your own facts, and to any kind of reply you have not explicitly enabled.

A draft beats a blank box

The reason bad reviews go unanswered for weeks is that nobody wants to start writing one. Having a calm first draft waiting is usually the difference between replying on Tuesday and never.

Some reviews should be reported, not answered

A review from someone who was never a customer is a different problem. We wrote up how removal actually works in Australia, including when it is not worth trying.

Read: what to say to a bad Google Review

What Google allows, plainly

Replies arrive as the business

A review reply is published from your Business Profile, exactly as it would be if you typed it. There is no third-party badge and no "sent via" line.

New reviews are pushed, not polled

Google notifies us the moment a review lands, so a same-day thank-you is genuinely same-hour rather than whenever something next checks.

Reviews are the whole channel

Google shut down Business Messages in July 2024 and the Q&A API in November 2025. There is no Google chat left to answer, and anyone offering you one is describing something that closed.

Google Review questions

Something else on your mind? Email hello@adoh.ai and a person will reply.

No. Google provides the API that publishes review replies and business software has used it for years. What Google forbids is faking reviews, incentivising them or filtering who gets asked — none of which your Agent does or will do for you.
